Going Zero to One in Developer Communities

In security training, tabletop exercises are often used as a training model that ask teams to walk through roles and responsibilities to a simulated scenario. This interactive session will ask attendees to share some of the hard lessons they've learned about getting an open source community to grow from nothing and build the groundswell of interest among developer communities.

Through prompts we'd talk about some of the Linux Foundation DevRel Foundation resources for advocacy and community-building, while also inviting participation from other successful communities on what they think would contribute to the success of others that we should better document.
