In this interactive one-hour session, we'll set up a "cupping" – the professional technique used to evaluate coffee – and sample a selection of freshly-roasted seasonal coffees. Following the farm-to-cup journey, we’ll explore origins, processing methods and roast levels to find the perfect brew.
Semgrep finds the signal in code, coffee cupping finds it in taste – each is about focus, precision, and knowing what matters. As Semgrep helps you filter for vulnerabilities in each repo, coffee cupping filters for the flavours that identify each roast.
Attendees will receive a tasting kit, shipped straight to your door – with five coffees, a cupping spoon, and a digital gram scale. You just need a kettle, six cups/mugs/glasses that hold 250ml each, and a spoon to take part.
